The formal commenting and review period for the draft Neighbourhood Plan has begun and the dates and times etc for the key events are on the home page.

The twice monthly physical meetings have stopped to allow villagers to comment and review of successive drafts of the NP.  To help with this commenting process, there will be one major public in-person meeting or drop in session in the Village Hall for each draft version/update as it is published.  

 

Where possible, there will be additional small sessions for questions and chats etc, with the opportunity to provide written comments to the NPSG.  Details will be published on the Home Page, by email and also on the Shrewton Neighbourhood Plan WhatsApp group.

Public Online Meetings - Zoom

Online public meetings have been taking place at 7pm on the first Thursday of every month, except January.  These monthly online meetings have been replaced by ad hoc Zoom meetings to fit with the Draft NP Comment and Review cycle.  Details will be published on the Home Page, Shrewton WhatsApp and by email.

NP Steering Group Meetings

The NPSG meets one or twice a month, usually the 2nd and 4th Thursdays, at 7 pm.   These meetings may include sensitive or confidential information and are not open to the public.  Meeting minutes are published in the documents section.  Please note that the dates in October onwards may change due to the Draft NP Comment and Review process.
